Negative: I wish someone would have explained that my insurance only covered either contact exam or glasses exam, not both because I could have gone to my contacts exam next year (in a week) and my insurance would cover.

Positive: The gentleman checking me in was very welcoming and sweet! What a great first impression. He had a kind demeanor.
Mostly I want to thank Narline for being an absolute angel!!! She went above and beyond with the care for my glasses. I did not feel rushed and she took time to adjust my current glasses. She helped me with my choice for the new ones in depth. She was professional and explained the price with me and quotes for the potential next pair I was getting.“
