The optometrist, was absolutely excellent. Her exam was very thorough, with clear and concise explanations and instructions. The person who assisted with my frame of choice and explaining my frame options and final charge was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. The person who greeted me upon entry and i assume who called to confirm my appointment was the least pleasant in terms and her tone, mannerism and the instructions she provided which was very quick and rambly. Otherwise the overall experience was not a bad one. I look forward to collecting my frames in about 2 weeks.

Appointment conducted on time by optometrist. Choice of frames, measurements etc conducted by Karen. She was very professional & patient with me as I sorted through the large selection of frames. She should be commended for her quality of care & representation of America's Best.

I have never written a review for anything. Really, never.But I had to take the time and write one today. It all began when my 14 year old daughter broke her prescription eyeglasses frame late last evening. My wife and I searched for her backup only to realize that the lenses in the older frames were an outdated prescription with the same frame. I put my daughter to bed and said that I would take care of it in the morning and then searched for the optical store, looking for any that opened early.
