Oakland Eyes
““10/10 Experience”
had an absolutely excellent experience with Dr. Nguyen and the optical team. Dr. Nguyen was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and very customer-focused. She performed a comprehensive eye evaluation using very up-to-date technology and took the time to explain everything clearly.
What especially impressed me was that she noticed a freckle on my left eye that I have known about for years but that has not been mentioned during an exam in quite some time. She photographed it so that it can be monitored and compared at future visits. That level of attention to detail gave me a great deal of confidence in her care.
Naybelline, the optician and optical manager, was equally outstanding. She was extremely thorough, personable, and easy to talk to. She made thoughtful recommendations based on my lifestyle, work, computer use, and overall needs rather than simply trying to sell me something. She was very careful with all of my measurements and even double-checked everything to make sure it was correct.
From the eye examination to selecting and configuring my glasses and lenses, I felt very well taken care of. The entire experience was professional, personalized, and exceptionally thorough.
I cannot recommend Dr. Nguyen and Naybelline highly enough. Truly a 10/10 experience.”
