I've recently gone through STEM treatments at Friends and Family to improve the circulation in my feet and the sciatica that I have been dealing with off and on from Piriformis Syndrome for years. 6/29/26 Dr. Murray adjusted me this morning and after that asked me how my shoulder and ankle were feeling following PT from overuse of my left shoulder and an ankle surgery awhile back. I still had some pain and a lack of strength and range of movement. He palpated both areas, assessed my shoulder strength and then used a tool called an activator to improve the alignment of my shoulder and my ankle! At the age of 75 I am far from pain free but the Drs and support staff have made incredible improvements in the quality of my life!!“
