“I have been coming to see Dr. Mike at Align Chiropractic for the past 2 months 3x a week for adjustments and 2x a week for spinal decompression sessions. I was seeking a chiropractor for my chronic severe low back pain and sciatica that was really impacting my daily life. I had basically tried everything up until that point in an effort to avoid medical or surgical intervention for my 3 herniated discs (L4-L5-S1) but nothing was working well enough. My work also requires me to sit for hours on end which continued to worsen the problem. All this to say, when I finally came to Dr. Mike I was skeptical anything would work but optimistic. I appreciated that he takes pre-treatment X-rays and takes the time to analyze and describe the issues he sees with direct clinical evidence. I also felt very comfortable with the adjustments and thankfully have not had any negative side effects. I began to see the most relief when I started implementing spinal decompressions on the table he has in the clinic and that was massively improved my pain, allowed me to sleep better, and be able to start working out again. Another benefit has been the hours available for appointments which allows me to come either during lunch or after work. I appreciate his clinic has a physical therapist and massage therapist for patients with concurrent needs, although I do not personally use the services, I think it is a useful option. While I’m still healing and improving, I am happy with the services and treatments and I would recommend Align Chiropractic to anyone.”
