“I had a wonderful video consultation with Marie-Josee with Baby Wellness Massage, and it made such a difference for my little one. She walked me through gentle, effective techniques to help address my baby’s colic, especially focusing on stomach massage.

Since incorporating what she taught me, I’ve noticed a big improvement—my baby seems much more comfortable, is able to pass stools with less straining, and has less gas-related distress overall. It’s been such a relief to have a natural, supportive way to help her feel better.

Marie-Josee was kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to follow, even over video. I highly recommend her both for in-person sessions and for virtual tutorials if you want to learn how to confidently massage your own baby.
