They have great training at the Merrick Park location, service is consistently good. The hair washing with massage is my favorite the only thing I'd change is a slightly longer massage because it feels so great. The color products and hair care products are excellent. I can actually feel the immediate benefit upon using. Top grades for the no-smell coloring products, my allergies thank you. My only complaint is the impersonal process of scheduling appointments and not being able to request a favorite colorist/stylist. Also not a fan of being able to speak to a human by phone. But on the whole, I highly recommend Madison Reed for hair coloring and their products.
