Outstanding customer service from Ed Wulf, Store Manager at Nordstrom Shops at Merrick Park. Ed truly went above and beyond to help with an order that was very important to me as a graduation gift. He personally followed up on the shipment with the Orlando Team, provided updated tracking information, and even coordinated with another team member to keep an eye on the package while he was away.

After striking out at other department stores, we were so lucky to find the perfect dress for my mother in law in the women’s section and Jean was a huge help. I must have asked her 10 different questions throughout the hour and each time, she helped us find what we were looking for or an alternative.
