“Well, after we've been there for three years. The progress for my grandmother has been ok. Nor better nor worst. My grandmother now has chronic bronchitis is currently being managed at best. Due to the pandemic hype, they thought it was covid. Thank goodness it was not. My grandmother has gained quite a bit of weight. She came in at 145lbs; however, she had some aerosol meds for respiratory problems and limited mobility. She's now 177lbs. The new staff is trying their best to keep her moving and walking when they can and are available. The nursing home has followed the CDC guidelines. Today my grandmother is Tripple vaccinated, and St. Annes keeps strict rules for visitors, residents, and staff members. Please know that the best place for any older adult is to be at home. However, the high cost of having 24hour care at home is not financially feasible for every family.“
