I would like to give thanks to John Zygmuntowicz, director of physical therapy at the Roads for taking his time and interest in my husband's health. I almost never write reviews, only when I am mesmerized by professionalism and excellency. This cannot just pass by without acknowledgement. My dad has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, he fell, had several stiches on his head, his health started declining really fast. Therapy was recommend by his Doctor to gain strength, that is where the The Roads Agency sent a real Angel, not kidding, Ricardo.My dad is finally, in a few sessions getting better and better, even remembering Ricardo's name!! My therapist, Ricardo, is fantastic! Gentle but firm at the same time.I feel that I am improving day by day with his care...my balance and strength are improving, and so is my confidence. Thanks Ricardo!
