The gentleman who owns the operation actually came out before dawn in order to get me to the hospital on time, a service above and beyond, in my estimation, then returned several hours later to retrieve me. In both instances "Ed" was professional, as well as friendly, courteous and an all around pleasure. “Had an amazing experience with the care my 90yo mother received after a very bad fall down a flight of stairs head first. The care and concern from the doctors, nurses and ancillary staff was outstanding. Erica and Dr. Michael Shalaby were incredible, and I am thankful for such amazing medical professionals. It is unfortunate that the oral surgeon that didn't come in, also refused to see her in his office unless she paid a 600$ deposit, and then would only see her a week later!!!! So we were very fortunate to find a different compassionate and devoted oral surgeon to treat her fracture, in a timely manner. The hospital should be more discerning in choosing the physicians that they pay to cover call.“
