“My experience with this company was top notch. Scott was able to come look at our problem in the attic the next day after I called. He took his time to look around the outside of the house to look for entry points. He even got on the roof to look at entry points on our second story. After his evaluation, he concluded the entry point might be in the plumbing. He recommended calling a plumber to perform a test on the pipes to determine where the problem is. I found Scott to be very honest and down to earth when assessing the problem and making suggestions. There was no charge for his assessment, and we intend to call him back to do the job once we figure out the plumbing issue. I had another company come the day before (no POINT in mentioning their name) and from the moment they walked in they started using scare tactics about the plumbing, opening walls and replacing cast iron pipes which is a VERY, VERY expensive job. They went into sale mode the minute they walked in without even looking around. It was very off-putting. But that's ok because that's how I ended up calling Eraticators. Scott's honesty was very refreshing. I recommend this business.“

My best advice: be courteous (if you are able-bodied enough- dont stress it if you are older/disabled) to pull furniture and items away from the walls/corners. Totally not an expectation they set, but it helps out.

They are quick to leave as soon as they are done to not make you feel obligated to tip, in my experience. I tricked him into taking his well-deserved tip :)“
