We moved into a rental home and shortly after we had settled we noticed there was an infestation of carpenter ants. The owner Brent came out and did an investigation. His knowledge and expertise made me confident the issue would be resolved. After 2 treatments I never seen another carpenter ant. Decided to keep Bigfoot on for regular pest control treatment and was more than pleased! Prices are very reasonable and service was exceptional. Would recommend a thousand times over.

I was mortified when we started seeing small roaches in my home which has never happened before! I interviewed several of the area's top rated professionals and decided on Brent with Bigfoot. His reviews were great, several of them mentioning success with roaches. He had a pleasant demeanor and was very knowledgeable about the process as everything was explained in detail. I also appreciate that he uses the least toxic approach. After an initial indoor treatment and a couple of outdoor treatments, we haven't had a problem since. Not to mention he is reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend going with Brent at Bigfoot!

Brent very punctual and responsive. We have been using his services for the last year. The first time he came by for the free quotes he was very attentive and responsive and answered all of our questions. Never once did we feel like he was impatient with us with all our questions and concerns. He sprayed the inside of the house and did the yard and swept all of the upper outside area and came back the following week for a follow up to one of our big issues.
