I love the direct access through the messaging portal where questions can be answered, prescription refill requests can be made, and concerns are always addressed. The only downside was:
This place was hard to find, as my WiFi wasn’t working well on my iphone. It’s near warehouses off of Minuteman Causeway.
It’s not in an area I’d except to find medical offices.
Kind of hidden; Woodland Ave. sign isn’t easy to see.
No one answered the phone or texts, til I called five times to ask exactly where they’re located.
The staff is very nice!
Be sure you know exactly where it is, before you get in your car!
Maybe in their appt. reminder texts they can tell you turn off MM Causeway and it’s a small street past traffic light. It is not in the main section of Cocoa Beach!

“Dr. Modi cares about his patients. He has called me on weekends from his personal phone to go over lab tests that needed follow up. I never have to wait long in the office and he takes time to listen and try to find solutions, referring me too specialists when needed. I have been going to him for years and hope he will be my PCP for many years to come. All of the staff is amazing (except maybe the receptionist you see on your way out). I feel cared for and about when I go to his office and even outside of office hours. Thank you Dr. Modi for going above and beyond for you patients.“

“This clinic and their staff are one in a million. I saw Kelly the nurse practitioner for the first time last month. I really liked her. She is very understanding and compassionate.
