Viera VA Clinic is a busy facility that provides prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Patients report positive experiences with the great people from clerks to nurses to doctors, everyone is caring, kind, and professional. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and appointment wait times are generally manageable. The staff has always has a smile from the time you walk in the door upon seeing the greeters to the schedulers, nurses and the doctors. While some patients have experienced delays due to the clinic's high volume, they are overall satisfied with the care received. Their care is good and they have helped them so much not only with medical care but PTSD.
I'm a disabled Veteran and have been going here for a few years now. It's located in an excellent city Brevard county, FL. It contains most of the services that you need. Excellent patient care. Love it!
I go there all the time for my medical needs. The nurse's doctors and staff are TOPS. Always respect the veterans. Take care of us and that's what we want. God bless the nurses, doctors and the staff
I have experienced outstanding care at this outpatient facility 100 percent of the time for the last 35 years. I always expect the best, and I am never disappointed. The staff comprehensively explains the issues and the plans, and the patient departs the clinic with full confidence and knowing of all expectations.
