I expected a typical government run operation, inefficient and uncaring. Boy was I wrong! Prompt, friendly and efficient are the first impressions I had. I've been there several times over the past 12 months so it wasn't an exception. I watch my brothers and sisters come in for treatment and all are treated with respect. Thank You VA-Viera1/26/2024 This is an update . I've had an opportunity to watch this facility long term. They are professional and caring. Yes there are sometimes delays ,it's a busy facility. But I am treated well and with care.

You'll often hear people complaining about the VA medical system. They've obviously never been to the Vieta VA clinic! This clinic and its staff are amazing! Appointments are manageable in their wait times, the clinic is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I've been a patient for nearly a decade and have nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. Although the VA medical system has some issues, and patient opinion can shift wildly depending upon the "home" clinic's location, if this is a possible location that you're able to choose, I highly recommend it!

Prosthetics saw me walking up to the window at 4:30pm exactly, unfortunately the time they close and closed the window in my face. I'm just picking up a wrist brace after waiting for radiology and lab. I knocked and they just yelled at me they're closed. Other than that everyone else I've dealt with was a pleasure. But Prosthetics definitely strikes up my mental health issues.
