My family of 5 has been going here as needed for over 5 years... Maybe even 10... and have always had good experiences. Yes, we have our primary care providers... but it seems things always happen on evenings and weekends and holidays. So we just call for an appointment and almost always we get one on the same day... I think once it had to be the next day...which is still not bad. And when we get there, we've never waited over 5 minutes to get it. The staff and doctors have always been kind and respectful and friendly... and because they see so many people, they usually have an idea of what is currently "going around" and know how to treat it. I think Brevard Family is the best. My family and I have been going there for years. They are helpful in getting us in to see the doctor. Any questions, billing or whatever they always are willing to help. Unless the pharmacist goes there their comments cannot be trusted. It's a very busy doctor's office and sometimes things may not go according to what a patient wants . Try working in a busy office you will change your mind.
