“My first appointment as a new patient wasn’t scheduled for a few weeks, but I woke up sick today and called the office. They were able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. I was seen by John, the practice owner—something I didn’t realize until I arrived—and he was outstanding. He took plenty of time to ask thorough questions, understand my symptoms, and figure out exactly what was going on. Despite being a same-day visit, there was little to no waiting, and he was able to treat me quickly and effectively.

For the first time in a long time, I felt genuinely seen and cared for by a doctor. After the treatment, John made sure I understood which over-the-counter medications would help and encouraged me to ask questions about any other health concerns I had. His attentiveness and patience really stood out.
