Horrible - do not use them. We accepted the price quoted and promptly signed a contract for an entire pool resurfacing project at our condo building. We were told we were in the queue and after 6 months, when we called to find out where we were on the schedule, we were literally yelled at! "We are very busy and my husband has been working too many hours!" they said. We waited patiently for 3 more months before finally finding another vendor. After being on the waiting list for many months they finally were ready to remodel my pool , they did good work and communication was also good , felt it was strange they wanted me to add my own salt to the salt water system they installed , I was under the impression they would but nevertheless the pool does look very beautiful and impressive work .There was some confusion as they couldn't remember exactly what I ordered and I had to remind them but it was ok ( : I would do business again with this company .
