“Update: I'm adding a star back since this review got things moving and they came out and fixed the issues we had. I wish it had been A+ from the start but sometimes you have to work through the issues.

I have a similar review as to what others have experienced. The initial process started well but 2 windows were delivered with damage. They said they'd order replacements and after a long wait they showed up with just 1. They said, oops, we'll order another one. I'm still waiting months and months later, still not fixed.

There were also so problems with the trim installation that they still haven't corrected.

And lastly, no one on their crew spoke a word of English so it was very hard to communicate with them or ask questions.“
