“My experience with this company was top notch. Scott was able to come look at our problem in the attic the next day after I called. He took his time to look around the outside of the house to look for entry points. He even got on the roof to look at entry points on our second story. After his evaluation, he concluded the entry point might be in the plumbing. He recommended calling a plumber to perform a test on the pipes to determine where the problem is. I found Scott to be very honest and down to earth when assessing the problem and making suggestions. There was no charge for his assessment, and we intend to call him back to do the job once we figure out the plumbing issue. I had another company come the day before (no POINT in mentioning their name) and from the moment they walked in they started using scare tactics about the plumbing, opening walls and replacing cast iron pipes which is a VERY, VERY expensive job. They went into sale mode the minute they walked in without even looking around. It was very off-putting. But that's ok because that's how I ended up calling Eraticators. Scott's honesty was very refreshing. I recommend this business.“

“I've had this company for about 6 months and while my lawn initially looked much better as far as weeds goes, it started Browning out and dying patch after patch. They kept making an excuse after excuse for different problems. every month they came and finally when I called them out on it they blamed it on something entirely different. This time their excuse was that the lawn was not getting covered evenly. so I requested a quote of their service to make sure this was occurring. despite their prices being listed online, they were not able to quote me a price over the phone and told me a manager would call me back. A couple days later I missed work to see that I had a call with no voicemail. I called back and got some generic call center Representative that said they were trying to get a hold of that person but couldn't and they would call me back and they never did. so today I called back and got the same resolution. not only will I not beg a company to Take my money but I'm also not going to bother to continue to beg for them to come out and solve the issue they claim is the latest of about six problems. they have changed their mind on every month. So not only will I not be hiring them to do my irrigation but I will not be continuing their service for my lawn and I will be canceling them.“
