On Christmas Day, we were driving north on highway 27 when our car broke down an hour and a half into our road trip. Called a few towing companies, but no one picked up the phone. Received a call back from Carlos at Big Lake Towing & Transportation. He arrived at our location within 30 minutes as mentioned. Drove our family to where we needed to be without incident. The price was fair. Carlos was professional, efficient and saved our Christmas!!

recently had a bad accident and had to get towed by Clewiston Towing. It is a family business and siblings Roger, Brenda and Cecil were good at their jobs and so very kind. They made a terrible situation not so bad... almost pleasant. Two thumbs up for these guys!
We were shopping for a VW Eos. We found one here online but we were 3.5 hours away. Got in contact with salesman Albey and had a bunch of questions about the car trying to make sure the long drive was worth the time. Albey went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He went over the carfax with us, He took several additional pictures for us, even put the car on the lift and took pictures underneath to make sure we were comfortable with spending the day traveling. After we committed to come look at the car he offered to deliver the car...for FREE! We were reluctant to purchase a car unseen but Albey assured us the car was in great condition. He did not disappoint! The car was delivered in great condition and was just as he described. Awesome customer service, he was always a call or text away. I would recommend shopping here for your next car.
