We were shopping for a VW Eos. We found one here online but we were 3.5 hours away. Got in contact with salesman Albey and had a bunch of questions about the car trying to make sure the long drive was worth the time. Albey went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He went over the carfax with us, He took several additional pictures for us, even put the car on the lift and took pictures underneath to make sure we were comfortable with spending the day traveling. After we committed to come look at the car he offered to deliver the car...for FREE! We were reluctant to purchase a car unseen but Albey assured us the car was in great condition.
