On Christmas Day, we were driving north on highway 27 when our car broke down an hour and a half into our road trip. Called a few towing companies, but no one picked up the phone. Received a call back from Carlos at Big Lake Towing & Transportation. He arrived at our location within 30 minutes as mentioned. Drove our family to where we needed to be without incident. The price was fair. Carlos was professional, efficient and saved our Christmas!!
It was a Sunday almost midnight, a woman alone, broke down on the side of the highway.The phone was answered on the 3rd ring with a estimated arrival time of thirty minutes.The tow truck arrived as promised. My heart jumped for joy!Everything was very professional and expertly handled.I highly recommend this company, they are a twenty four hour operations.I have not had this good of experience with AAA!
