The office is described as having a very friendly staff, and the hygienist does a great job, though patients may experience some soreness if they don't floss regularly. Dr. Veronick is also praised for being thorough, providing a great overall experience for his patients.
I love Dr Santana and the crew, Stephanie ( finance wizard) Amanda at the front desk ( she always takes great care of me with scheduling and bends over backwards to get me in), Kathy my hygienist is awesome and Vanessa Dr Santana’s right hand girl and I can’t forget Tori second right hand girl, both are excellent! There are a few more employees that deserve recognition too, I just don’t know their names. Excellent dentist and staff. So nice to everyone who walks through the door! Highly recommend! ❤️
This office is top notch. I was referred by a friend and I didn't regret it. My crown came loose in the middle of the night and the next morning I called Clearwater Dreams and they got me in that morning on a Friday no less. Amanda and Stephanie at the front desk were amazing. And Dr Lazaro Santana was so gentle and kind. I was so impressed I've decided to make them my permanent dental home.
I am very scared of dental problems But it was my first time and I was surprised everything went smooth, specially the staff so friendly and supportive and amazing. Every single person who works There is amazing. Must visit
