We have used Brighter Home Services - who has taken over residential services from B&B - on several occasions in our home, now both for a water heater issue and an air conditioning issue.
On the water heater, they were able to get us hot water by fixing the element, instead of changing out the whole heater. I was expecting to have to replace the whole tank, so this was a very welcomed development!
More recently, our air conditioning system stopped working. The technician Drew was able to diagnose the issue, and by replacing the starter, sure enough the A/C system started up and our home was cooling again.

They have provided me quick same day service and have clearly communicated their pricing *before* they perform the work.
This makes me feel comfortable when I call them for plumbing or air conditioning service.
