Reviews
The workers are highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and unfailingly courteous. I had a major leak which was effectively taken care of.
My only complaint is that the back office doesn't have a great sense of urgency. Three hours' work was spread out over six days and three visits. Since I had no water for a week, I would have preferred that the work was organized more efficiently.
I would use them again in a heartbeat for routine work; maybe not for an emergency.
I've used Scotto's a couple times now and they are great guys to work with. They a very prompt (even early), helpful, provide timely updates about arrival times, and great customer service. I've had them do water line plumbing, a new gas line for my dryer, and recently a toilet flange replacement. Antonio even came back for a second visit to help straighten out an issue that I had caused. I highly recommend Scotto's for your home or business plumbing jobs.
