“I suffered and struggled with pain and limited range of motion due a frozen shoulder for a long time. In addition I have a a an issue that cases pain in leg and pelvic muscles. I have been to PT for these issues before, with mixed results. Dr. Sandy Gardner from Back in Motion in Cape Coral has been a game changer for me. She is more knowledgable and thorough in her evaluation and treatments than I have ever experienced. She explains the what and the why of the treatments (ie: what muscles, bones etc) This provides info that helps me help myself. She takes the time time answer all my questions (I ask many), address concerns, and explain/demonstrate treatments. Her concern for her patients well-being and safety is genuine. She taught me many exercises to do at home and that helps immensely. She even videos me doing the exercises so I won’t forget them all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sandy and the staff at BIM Cape Coral. Anna runs the front desk, and so much more. She is sweet and helpful. She is the go to person for everything! I actually enjoy going to PT here. ❤“

She even found an issue with my circulation and suggested I see a vascular DR for evaluation which resulted in needing stents in my leg thereby improving my circulation.
