I called First Class because my A/C was not working. They were able to send a technician within an hour and my problem was quickly identified. Malik was the technician and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The gal in the service department was very helpful and efficient also. This is the first time I’ve used First Class, but it wont be my last. Good job!

First Class is a professional organization from top to bottom. They addressed and corrected an issue we needed resolved since our home was constructed. They completely redesigned, removed and replaced the entire AC system in a clean and efficient manner in just one week. Dave, Zach, Jorry, Frank and Brad are the best!
