I've been enjoying First Class's customer care since my last changeout in 2008. Their customer care throughout the period has been second to none. Sarah and Suzie are attentive and polite on every call, Matt the service manager keeps everything on track regarding deliverables, and every tech who has visited me has been thorough and clearly articulated the root cause of any issue found and its correction.
