Ron calls members “fit fam”. And that’s spot on. When you go, you feel like family. And they push you which makes you fit. My business has prohibited me from going for a few months. And Ron reached out to me just to see how I was. No pressure just we miss you how are you. I have some injuries. They pushed me but took my injuries into account. And it was an incredible workout every time.
