I recently visited Golden Lotus Yoga Studio and I had a wonderful experience! The studio has a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, and calming decor. The Courtney is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about his students' wellbeing.I attended three classes so far and it was just what I needed to destress and recenter. The instructor led us through a challenging but manageable sequence, and provided modifications for those who needed them. Courtney is the best yoga instructor you will find. He is authentic in his teachings and practice. Many yoga studios have westernized themselves, which takes away from the true teachings and spirituality of yoga, his practice does not do this. Courtney helps many people who have disability/pain/anxiety, etc. He is a genuine person who deeply cares about the art of yoga and the people who come to his studio.
