CrossFit ENG
“Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. I originally came in looking for a good place to train but the coaching, community, and accountability have completely changed the way I approach fitness.
Big shoutout to Lester. He pushed me to become more of a hybrid athlete and is the one who got me into running. Now I’m training for a marathon, which is something I never thought I’d be doing. He’s also helped me get comfortable with exercises I used to avoid, especially deadlifts, and is always giving me helpful pointers on form, mobility, and recovery.
I usually go to the early classes, so I get Lester and Natalie most often. Natalie has been a huge help with nutrition, Justin really knows his stuff when it comes to Olympic weightlifting, and my kids love the teen classes with Justin. All of the coaches are great and genuinely seem to enjoy seeing people improve and reach new goals!
Dale is always around, leading by example and putting in the work himself. The community and accountability are a big part of what makes this place special. If you start slacking or disappear for a while, someone will notice and reach out to get you back in there 😂
This gym has pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me take on goals I probably never would have pursued on my own. I definitely recommend it!”
