I’m so glad I decided to complete that inquiry on my timeline, make the appointment, and drive to the clinic. The drive was long, but so worth it. Meeting Daniel was the icing on the cake!! He was so kind, patient, understanding, and yet professional. I honestly could be labeled as an “overbearing” client because I talk a storm!!:-) Hey, it’s my body and I’ve got to be my #1 advocate. Meeting Dr. Narrell was also delightful. He didn’t bullshit me with a bunch of nonsense. I felt an overall sense of true, authentic desire to help their patients. That’s priceless!!! I’ve seen a lot of doctors/professionals here in Naples, and it is clear that their main goal is to take all your money!!
It was my very first consultation with them and I truly hope that we will continue to build a strong “restorative” relationship:-) I must also say that the ladies at the reception were also very welcoming, kind and professional, especially Yailin. Special thanks to Ms. Emma, too. She was so sweet and patient with me when I was having an electro magnetic test done.
