MassageLuXe offers a serene and professional environment for clients to relax and rejuvenate. The licensed therapists and estheticians provide high-quality massages, facials, and waxing services to alleviate chronic pain and skin conditions. The spa promotes overall well-being through its treatments, helping manage stress and anxiety, improve mental health, and provide pain relief for various ailments. The staff at MassageLuXe is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The facilities are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Recently, clients have praised Mandy for her expertise and technique during massages, noting that she provides exactly what they need. Mayshdaley, the receptionist, has also received compliments for her sweet demeanor and helpfulness regarding products and services. However, there have been concerns about customer service at the front desk, particularly regarding communication about the new location of the spa. While some clients found the experience disorienting due to this lack of information, they still highlighted the exceptional skills of the therapists, like Rebecca, who delivered wonderful facials. Overall, MassageLuXe continues to be a top destination for massages, offering a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that leaves clients feeling calm and de-stressed.
Gabriela has a magic touch! She is so professional, kind and so skilled. She helps me with all my aches and pains. When I walk out of that building, I feel amazing! That entire staff at the front desk are all super nice and so helpful. I love this place. Thank you all!!
The staff is very friendly and informative! Elisabeth was my massage therapist and she was so sweet and did a great job! I hadn’t had a professional massage in quite some time and she was able to get me to fully relax and enjoy the experience. For the first time in a long time I finally didn’t feel the heavy weight on my shoulders and tightness in my neck! Needless to say I signed up for a membership that day and I will continue to keep going back!
Another plus: You are NOT locked into a contract! And you can pause the membership at any time if you’re traveling or too busy to get in for an appointment that month which is a really nice feature!
Grace is one of the best massage therapists I’ve found in a long time! She doesn’t just follow a routine—she finds the knots and problem areas in my neck and back and really works on them, which has given me so much relief from tight muscles and spasms. She currently works Sundays, so I highly recommend booking her in advance!
