Haley is the absolute best around! As I have aged it looked like I hardly had much eyebrows left, she suggested a lamination and WOW! They are beautiful and look full! Try it if you haven’t, she is amazing at it! I have gone to her for years and will only go to her!
Came in for the weekend only and had my brows tinted by Haley at Ulta. She listened to exactly what I wanted and knows what she is talking about. When I’m back in town I will see her again. All I can say is amazing! Thanks!
