Klessie is absolutely amazing!! We come here a lot & she has always been professional & super friendly & helpful. If it wasn’t for her we would have never found the products that make my daughter’s curly long hair more manageable & healthy . She introduced us to the Pattern products & even asked one of the hairdressers there at the time to confirm if this product would be best for her & she helped us find everything that we needed new hairbrushes & it was so busy on a Saturday . She was a pleasure to work with & always smiling & greeting others too!! Got my brows done with Shanel, they offer waxing services but I had to get them tweezed. Normally a very painful experience when done by me, but Shanel had such a soft touch, it was AMAZING. I left feeling so beautiful. She gave me tips on how to shape my brows and even demonstrated with some benefit brow products as well. I will DEFINITELY be booking again with Shanel! Awesome experience!

Massiel was amazing , went in there and needed help from scratch , not a makeup girly, and she was the sweetest to me. I have zero knowledge on makeup and she did such a good job and had the patience in the world with me. Left me gorgeous. I appreciate her patience and guidance so much. Definitely recommend.
