What a GREAT company! Had a A/C issue and called Kelly Air Systems company and from the beginning of the phone call they wanted to help.
They had a Manager call me, his name is Jacob. It was close to 8pm and he was about two hours away and looked for ways to assist.
We agreed on having someone come out the next day.
Technician Zach came out the next day and went to work. He diagnosed the problem and aside from being experienced in his work he took the time to walk me through all options.

Zach arrived at my home at was very professional from the start. He looked at my system and was able to immediately identify the issue of the Thermostat being incorrectly installed. He corrected it but then took the time to completely check over my system and assess its condition and potential issues. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful by explaining the system and what routine maintenance it requires. overall it was a great experience and I feel confident contacting Kelley Air Systems if I ever need HVAC service.
