We can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. We’ve been using them for annual maintenance since 2015 when they installed our HVAC in our new home. After IAN beat up our system they were quick to respond the very next day after the Pine Island bridge was repaired. Responsive, professional and friendly. Our Lenox AC was installed by Kelly Air during construction of our home. We recently had a regular service call for clearing out the drain line and they came out right away, handled it and the tech was nice and professional.Then this week, just after hurricane Ian, we had an AC outage. I called our builder as we are still under their warranty although our system is 4 years old almost because it was a model home for a couple years.
