The technician, Mr. David, was top notch. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. The problem was the compressor on an LG fridge. The part was covered under warranty but the labor was not. Still, it beat having to purchase a new refrigerator when the one we had (seven years old) was still in great shape. The repair was one tenth the cost of a new refrigerator. Thank you, Dr. Appliance!
