The person that answered the phone was very polite and professional and stated that she could get me on the schedule that day.The technicians (Paul & Ocean) came out that same day to check out the washer. Within minutes the problem was diagnosed (bad struts) and the parts were promptly ordered. When the parts arrived (one day) Paul & Ocean were back at my house explaining to me what they were going to do and within an hour had the washer repaired and put thru a test cycle.
