Had the pleasure of dealing with a tech by the name of Brian, who was able to diagnose the problem and honestly tell us we'd be better off paying for a new dishwasher as opposed to a repair that would cost the same. Saved us money and treated us the way he'd like to be treated. I now have a go-to appliance repair company. THIS is how you do business.

Saturday night at 6:30, the power flickers and our refrigerator control panel throws an error code. We unplugged and plugged the refrigerator back in to see if it would reset...no such luck. Called Kingdom Appliance at 6:30 on a Saturday night. They answered the phone and walked us through a reset process and it worked! Completely saved us and our food completely free of charge! I will never go to anyone else for appliance repair!
