Some lady I was talking to the office about my recent repair; I believe her name is Kara in either case she was super friendly, understood my needs and assured me my issues were as important as if she was talking to a CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
Then came the technician Steve; Steve was respectful, friendly and respectful because you never know who may be coming to your place as an old man. In summation he was a fantastic worker and got the job done expeditiously. Kudos to all involved 😃
They were the third company that came out to repair my fridge. American Home Shield finally sent someone that could fix the issues caused by the first repair company! I would only trust Cooper Appliances for anything when it comes to appliance repair.
Cooper Appliance contacted us back quickly about service for our microwave. They got us on the schedule to take a look at our Microwave quickly, identified the issue and notified AHS and keep in contact with me through the entire process to let me know what was happening and also the time line as to when they would be back with us. There communication and follow up was great! Great customer service! The technician that came out was also very nice and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about his job and explained what was happening and how he was going to proceed.
