So happy I found this place in Boca. The facility and equipment are maintained well and clean. The instructors are top notch and super friendly. Tom the manager, is hands on and ready to answer all questions. Cannot recommend SPENGA enough for your spin and strength workout needs.
SP(in) strENgth yo(GA)= SPENGA! What a work out you start out hard and finish strong! I really enjoyed the formula. 20 minutes in each discipline. The strength works changes daily. The yoga finale leaves you stretched and strong. My muscles are still tingling from this morning!
Joined one of the free class promotions and would definitely recommend. It’s a beautiful and clean facility. The manger, Sam and instructor, Felipe were both so welcoming, encouraging and helpful. A great experience for people who are looking for a well structured environment. Fitness is always what you make it, you can go as hard or light as you’d like. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a light to moderate fitness plan in a beautiful environment.
