Members can enjoy unlimited group training and personalized attention through their Signature Membership. The facility provides a clean and comfortable environment with well-organized equipment and separate floors. The amenities include a locker room, bathroom, steam room sauna, and a hot tub, which are appreciated by members. The indoor and outdoor pools are also a big plus. However, the location is in need of a remodel, with some areas such as the spa and garage showing signs of wear. The child care area is very small, and some members feel it could benefit from an indoor playground. The front staff have been described as not very welcoming, and the machines on the second floor are close together, leaving little space to stretch. The turf outside may be too hot for outdoor workouts. Despite these issues, the amenities like pools, sauna, and hot tub make it a popular choice for fitness enthusiasts.
Life Time Fitness offers a premium gym experience with top-notch facilities and a wide range of amenities. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space for both cardio and strength training. The group classes and trainers are a big plus if you like structured workouts.
The environment feels upscale, and the cleanliness is consistently impressive. Locker rooms, pools, and recovery areas are well kept, which makes the overall experience more comfortable.

Absolutely love their barre classes. The instructors that they have are the best of the best. Jamal has the most amazing energy. He really knows how to make the class so fun while leading us through the work outs. You can tell he puts so much effort to make this a great experience. I always look forward to them! Hanna is also amazing she knows exactly how to guide us through each step and is so mindful, kind and proactive. Overall 10/10 experience and I cannot thank these instructors enough!!
I recently moved to Boca Raton and was looking for a new gym after regularly going to Life Time in Princeton, NJ. I can honestly say this location exceeded my expectations. The equipment and amenities are top-notch, but what really sets it apart is the staff and the overall atmosphere.
Brittney was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
