He was thorough and very patient and understanding and very knowledgeable, got all the information that he gave us a how about the tenting and about the termites and telling us what we need to do before for the fumigation, he is just a tremendously nice person, not to mention the fact that everybody that I’ve called at the quality office, all of the girls anybody that is in reception every time you call they are pleasant, patient and very, very, very nice so I’ve been with quality for quite a while now, and I wouldn’t I change for anything God bless all of them.
