LA Fitness offers a range of amenities at a great value, including state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, and more. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities feature amenities like a pool, saunas, and personal training. Some areas for improvement include the locker room temperature, which can be hot or cold, and the lack of hand soap. However, many members appreciate the gym's flexibility and variety of activities, including indoor racquetball courts. The Boca Raton location is especially praised, with reviewers highlighting the exceptional service provided by employees like Jasmine. The equipment may be slightly outdated in some areas, but the gym overall provides a good workout experience for its members.
Had a great experience working with Walter at LA Fitness. He spent a lot of time working with me to figure out the membership that actually made the most sense for me, rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive option. He was patient, helpful, and really worked with me throughout the whole process. Definitely appreciated how much effort he put into making sure I got the right membership. Highly recommend working out here.
Taylor at the front desk is awesome! She’s always friendly, welcoming, and has a great attitude every time I come into the gym. She makes a point to greet everyone and is always happy to help with any questions or issues. It’s nice having someone at the front who is genuinely personable and makes the gym feel more welcoming. Taylor definitely does a great job and is a big part of making the overall experience here enjoyable!
I had a great experience at this gym! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Shanika. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and wants people to have a great experience.
Definitely a gym I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean facility, good equipment, and a positive environment.
