Dealing with JVAC reminded me of what professionalism is from working with Patricia for the logistics and the quick response to the technician Jose which was not thing short of a perfect service person. I never felt any pushy sales pitch, he explained my situation and showed me proof with his instrumentation and told me what my options were. Extremely polite and courteous. Highly recommend.
These guys are honest and fair. Lots of great advice from both Victor and Jeremiah on maintenance of my AC even though it's over 13 years old and out of warranty. The repair was extremely simple and that's all they charged for but they tested a bunch of things and gave me advice on how to increase the efficiency without pushing me into buying something else.
I had an AC emergency on Wednesday afternoon when the blower motor in our indoor unit stopped working, and the temperature started rising quickly. I couldn’t reach our usual AC company, so I found JVAC LLC online based on their positive reviews and called around 5:00 p.m. By 6:00 p.m., their technician, Jose Gonzalez, had replaced the motor with one he had on his truck, and our home was comfortable again that night.
