“My AC was making a very loud, strange noise. I turned off the unit, called Grande Aire and they had a service person by 8 am the next day. I'm on Little Gasparilla Island, so needless to say, I was happy. Alex did a great job finding the problem and fixing it. Je took the time to explain what the problem was, and in less than 30 minutes, my ac was fixed. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I am so grateful that Grande Aire services our little island.“
