“Just competed my first full year at the body factory. Will be calling it home until they kick me out. Very clean and tons of equipment the big box gyms do not carry. The QR codes on the equipment help you learn the proper form and as a previous personnel trainer, I’m still finding new things to learn and try here. Looking for a local home gym with everything you would need. Look no further!”
“I have to say I was a little nervous my first day. I even had tears in my eyes listening to the instructor explain all the exercises for the first time. But the instructor and classmates were so encouraging and understanding it was my first time. And then I went to another class and another class. Even though it is still so new and raw, I'm not scared anymore. Im empowered my the beautiful people aka TRIBE that makes The Training Toole the best! I will keep moving forward with confidence that this Tribe gives me.”
