Bakari Helping Chronic Pain and Injury from 2,850 Miles Away!I cannot believe how much working with Bakari via Zoom from 2,850 miles away has improved my range of motion and reduced my chronic pain. After Bakari's assessment (on the house), he asked me to hang on the arm bar to see if I had pain. No! Amazing.I am amazed at how much Bakari knows and how he can work with me on Zoom, with my computer on my bed and a mirror behind me.Since I shattered my left collarbone in 2013 riding horses (of course!) I have been going to AllFit for 11 months now. Bakari is an amazing person. He is easy to talk to from the first time you meet him. He is very professional with a lot of knowledge.When you start with him it's at your level and ability. Some how he knows exactly what you are capable of even when you don't.During my entire time working out with Bakari he has always made me feel good about myself for what I accomplished in each work out. The best part of all is that it is never boring!Bakari has helped me lose 50 pounds so far and I know that with time I will be able to reach my ultimate goal. Personal Training at it's best. The gym is immaculate , equipment meets all your needs. Bakari is professional, caring , you feel extremely comfortable with him . He knows exactly what you need to meet your goals
