“I would like to share the exceptional service we received from First Quality Plumbing. We have a tankless gas hot water heater that needed serviced, and First Quality Plumbing came recommended by a family member.

When I called their office to schedule an appointment, the phone was answered promptly and, although the service we needed wasn’t of an urgent nature, the young lady on the phone discussed the service with me and gave us an appointment just two days away. The plumber they sent out (Christian) arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He began by explaining what he would be doing to service the unit and how long it would typically take (which I appreciated as I have not had this unit serviced before) He then wasted no time and proceeded to go right to work. As he worked, I really appreciate the fact that he showed such respect for our home and worked in such a clean, efficient manner. Once he was finished, he made sure everything was back exactly as it was when he arrived. When he gave me the invoice for the work, it was for the exact amount I was quoted over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, but Christian asked/made sure it was what I expected none-the-less.

He was clearly an expert/very knowledgeable, and pointed out a few things that definitely needed tending to (in addition to installing a new kitchen faucet)- and thoroughly explained the reasons for my home needing the things they did, and precisely why.
