2 weeks ago I hade the most pleasant plumbing experience. I had an issue with a toilet that had not been flushing properly for a long time and I was fed up. I found Victor Plumbing listed on line. I called and they immediately answered. The lady on the phone was professional and immediately able to schedule a service call at a time that was convenient for me.
The morning of the service call, Plumber Joel called ahead to confirm and tell me he was 10 minutes away. He arrived and was very pleasant and smiling. He went right to work, diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the problem to me. I needed a new toilet. I went out and bought a new toilet immediately ( we live very close to a Lowes). Joel installed the toilet and it worked beautifully. He cleaned up and took away the old toilet as well!

We love Victors! We live in a rental and Victors is the only contractor that comes and fixes or issues. They are friendly, professional, and over the top helpful with scheduling and repairing our issues. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Elvis! He’s great! His partner David was also great, steady working- both of them, thank You for having amazing Plumbers- consistently! Today was a clog, they have also in the past pumped our septic and checked all the lines in our old rental, they do superior service☺ We highly recommend using Victors for Your plumbing needs! We wish they could fix everything else too!
My septic tank backup call a couple of local septic services on Thursday and no one could get to me until next week call Victor plumbing and told me could be there in the morning they texted me at nine in the morning and said they be there in 30 minutes and they did the technician Hector was very cool and helpful and the other guy he was with very professional drained my tank fast and the prices 👍 i know i need a new tank and they coming to quote me a price
